A collaboration project I did with the Dubai-based Filipino band Wywy, this simple animated music video is a surreal and metaphorical depiction of people dealing with burnout. Everything was done on iPad Pro, illustrations were done in Adobe Fresco, and each sequence was also animated in Fresco as well, then edited everything with the music on Adobe Premiere Rush app. I got inspired by some of the MVs from the band “Unknown Mortal Orchestra” and the rawness of Liquid TV shorts from MTV, if you’re old enough to remember 😂.
